DTF Powder

Price: R350 per kg
DTF powder is essential for adhering the printed design to garments. It is sprinkled onto the printed film immediately after printing.

DTF Inks

White Ink: R950 per 1L bottle
CMYK Inks: R900 per 1L bottle for each color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black)
These inks are used to print designs onto the DTF film, allowing for vibrant and detailed images.

DTF Film

600mm Wide Roll: R2200
A3 Size Sheets: R1650
The DTF film is specially coated for printing, enabling the transfer of designs onto garments effectively.

DTF Printing Process

Print the design in mirror image onto the DTF film using the DTF inks.
Immediately sprinkle DTF powder onto the wet ink.
Remove excess powder and heat press the film at 196°C for about 1 minute until the powder melts.
Position the film powder-side down onto the garment and heat press at 196°C for 10 seconds.
Cold peel the film off the garment.
Heat press again for another 10 seconds to fully adhere the design.
