• No Refunds: All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Artwork Submission

• Ready-to-Print Artwork: Clients must provide artwork that is ready for printing. The artwork should comply with our specified requirements, including file format and resolution.
• Clear Communication: It is essential to communicate clearly regarding your design specifications and any changes needed before production.

4. Production Timeline

• Allow Sufficient Time: Clients are encouraged to allow enough time for production. While we promise quick turnaround times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays.
• Possible Delays: Factors such as ongoing work, power cuts, material shortages, machine breakdowns, or human error may affect production timelines. We will inform you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

• Changes to Orders: Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, changes may incur additional costs and must be communicated promptly.
• Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

6. Liability

• Limitations of Liability: DTF PRINT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays or errors in the printing process.
• Quality Assurance: While we strive for the highest quality in our products, we cannot be held responsible for color variations or defects resulting from artwork that does not comply with our guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Artwork: Clients must ensure they have the rights to use all artwork submitted for printing. DTF PRINT will not be liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from the use of submitted designs.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
